Each dmx512 led light takes different channels.
For example:
DMX512 single color led light, one pixel takes one channel.
DMX512 dual color led light, one pixel takes two channels.
DMX512 rgb color led light, one pixel takes three channels.
DMX512 rgbw color led light, one pixel takes four channels.
Regarding address mode, there are two types, auto addressing and manual addressing.
Auto addressing type, no need set address by other devices.
Manual addressing type, need set addressing by a dmx512 address writer.
